The 2025 MG Windsor EV redefines India’s electric vehicle landscape as a spacious, feature-rich crossover utility vehicle (CUV) that blends sedan comfort with SUV practicality. Offered in three variants—Excite, Exclusive, and Essence—it features a 38 kWh battery (134 hp) with a 331 km range, upgradable to a 50.6 kWh pack (460 km) in mid-2025. Priced from ₹13.50 lakh (ex-showroom), it boasts a 15.6-inch touchscreen, a 604-liter boot, and a futuristic design with connected LED lights. Built on a born-EV platform, it’s a family-friendly hit, though touchscreen-heavy controls and limited range challenge its edge. Its innovative Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) scheme keeps costs low, making it India’s top-selling EV with over 20,000 units delivered by April 2025.
