The MG 4 EV is a dedicated electric hatchback built on MG's MSP EV platform, already on sale internationally. It has a compact, low-slung profile with a drag-optimised body, flush door handles, and a clean rear.

Globally, it is available with 51kWh and 64kWh battery packs, producing 170PS and 203PS respectively, both in a rear-wheel-drive layout. The WLTP-claimed range is up to 350km and 450km for the respective packs, with 150kW DC fast charging support. The 51kWh variant can do 0–100kmph in 7.7 seconds.

Inside, the 4 EV gets a 10.25-inch floating touchscreen, a digital driver's display, V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) support, a wireless charger, heated front seats, and a 360-degree camera.

For India, early units are expected to arrive via the CKD route. No launch date has been officially confirmed by JSW MG Motor India.
