Tata estimates real-world driving range at 400–425 km for the 55 kWh variant and 330–350 km for the 45 kWh variant. The ARAI-certified range under the MIDC Part 1 + Part 2 test is 502 km and 430 km respectively.
On a 70 kW+ DC fast charger, the 55 kWh battery charges from 10% to 80% in approximately 40 minutes (the 45 kWh achieves the same on a 60 kW+ charger). Using the included 7.2 kW AC wall box, a full charge takes approximately 7.6 hours (55 kWh) or 7.25 hours (45 kWh). On a standard 15A home socket, expect approximately 21 hours (55 kWh) or 17.5 hours (45 kWh).
Yes. A 7.2 kW AC wall box charger is included as standard with the purchase, covering the most practical daily charging scenario without any additional cost.
Yes, but only on the 55 kWh variant. It supports V2V (Vehicle-to-Vehicle) charging at up to 5 kVA, meaning it can top up a compatible EV, and V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) at up to 3.3 kVA, allowing it to power household appliances directly. The discharge limit is customizable down to 30% state of charge. Neither feature is available on the 45 kWh variant.
It earned a 5-star Bharat NCAP rating in 2024, with 30.81 out of 32 in adult occupant protection and 44.83 out of 49 in child occupant protection, both tested in the same year.
ADAS is available only on the top-spec variant. It offers a Level 2 suite, meaning it assists but does not replace driver attention, covering Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Keep Assist, Autonomous Emergency Braking for vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists, and junctions, Blind Spot Detection (radar-based), Forward Collision Warning, and more.
Boot space is 500 litres across all variants. The top-spec variant additionally includes a frunk (front trunk), offering extra storage ahead of the motor.
The Curvv EV is currently available with Electric engines.
The Curvv EV comes equipped with several safety features including Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Central Locking, Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), Seat Belt Warning, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Speed Alert, Speed Sensing Auto Door Lock and Hill Assist.
The Curvv EV offers 500 Litres of boot space. Its dimensions are 4310 mm in length, 1810 mm in width, and it has a wheelbase of 2560 mm.
The Tata Curvv EV is available in the following colours: Virtual Sunrise, Flame Red, Pristine White, Pure Grey and Empowered Oxide.
