- Upcoming & Current Lineup Of Tata Cars
Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles sold a total of 59,701 units both domestically and internationally in April 2026, up from the 45,532 units sold during April 2025, marking a 31.1% YOY growth. These figures include EVs as well.
Domestic non-EV sales accounted for 59,000, which is a 30.5% rise from the 45,199 units sold last year. Meanwhile, international business non-EV sales stands at 701 units, more than twice of 333 units from last year.
As for EVs specifically, April domestic and international business sales came in at 9,150 units, which is a 72.1% jump over the 5,318 EVs sold last year. This works out to roughly 15.3% of Tata's total units sold during the month.
Though lower than March’s 66,971 units, the performance remains positive for the Indian automaker giant.
Overall, driving these figures is the strong market hold of Tata in the domestic SUV and EV segments, along with the recent launches such as the Sierra, the refreshed Punch, and petrol variants of the Harrier and Safari earlier this year.
