The Mahindra XEV 9S is the brand’s fourth electric SUV and its first full seven-seater EV built on the INGLO platform. The cabin features a premium layout with triple screens depending on the variant, an openable panoramic sunroof, and a light, spacious interior. It is offered with 59 kWh, 70kwh, and 79 kWh battery options, delivering a real-world range of around 400–450 km and 500–550 km respectively. With prices starting at ₹19.95 lakh for the base variant and topping out at ₹29.45 lakh for the fully loaded model.

The base variant, Pack One 59 kWh, is priced at ₹19.95 lakh (ex-showroom), making it the most affordable option in the lineup.
The 59 kWh battery provides a real-world range of around 400–450 kilometres, while the 79 kWh battery offers a longer range of approximately 500–550 kilometres, depending on driving conditions.
The XEV 9S comes packed with features including a dual or triple-screen dashboard depending on the variant, an openable panoramic sunroof, a 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, dual-zone climate control, and a 540° camera system. Higher trims also include Level-2 ADAS with adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, and auto emergency braking, along with keyless entry, push-button start, leatherette upholstery, and BYOD tablet mounts.
Yes, the SUV supports fast charging. The 59 kWh battery charges fully in about six hours with an 11 kW AC charger ( sold for 70,000 rupees) or 8.7 hours using 7.2 kW AC. The 79 kWh battery takes roughly eight hours with 11 kW AC or 11.7 hours with 7.2 kW AC. It can also charge to 80 percent form 20 in just 20 minutes
The 7.2kW and 11.2kW chargers for Mahindra XEV9s cost Rs 50,000 and Rs 75,000, respectively.
The XEV 9S is designed for people with joint families who want a premium EV that doesn't look too flashy. The XEV 9s is conservatively styled with three battery pack options and a minimum range of 500 KM.

The SUV offers 59, 70 and 79 kWh batteries, 175 kW fast charging, 282 BHP, 0 to 100 kmph in 7 seconds, and 202 kmph top speed.
