Kia’s Syros EV spreads its lineup across seven trims, from the base HTK to the top-tier X-Line ER. While pricing remains unannounced, the pre-bookings are currently active at ₹25,000.
It comes with a choice between a 42kWh battery making 135 PS and 443 km of range, or a 51.4kWh Extended Range pack that bumps output to 171 PS and 526 km.
Key features start with dual 12.3-inch displays and wireless smartphone connectivity right from the base trim, scaling up to a panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, and Harman Kardon audio on higher variants.
Safety is equally solid, featuring six airbags and all-wheel disc brakes are universal, with Level 2 ADAS reserved for the top variant.
Here we've explained all its variants in detail. You can also check the same for the Tata Punch EV if you're comparing the two.

Syros EV HTK

The HTK runs on the 42 kWh battery, delivering a 443 km claimed range and 135 PS. For a first-time EV buyer commuting under 80 km daily, that range is more than sufficient. You already get the full dual-screen setup, regen paddle shifters, and the complete 25-point safety suite, putting it ahead of many competitors' mid-spec trims.
However, include 16-inch alloys, no rear camera with dynamic guidelines, no cruise control, and a fixed bench-type rear seat.
If rear seat flexibility isn't crucial, the HTK offers a surprisingly complete ownership experience for an entry-level electric SUV.

Syros EV HTK+

The HTK+ is where the 42 kWh lineup makes proper sense for most buyers. Over the HTK, you gain a rear camera with dynamic assistance and cruise control, features that directly affect daily usability in city and highway traffic.
It adds a front 100W USB-C fast charger, a smart inclusion for anyone relying on phone navigation during long drives.
While the bench-type rear seat and 16-inch wheels remain limitations, the HTK+ hits a clean balance for buyers wanting a sensible 42 kWh feature level without paying for rarely used extras.

Syros EV HTX

The HTX earns its spot as the 42 kWh lineup's ceiling. Here, you finally get the dual-pane panoramic sunroof, 60:40 split rear seats with slide and recline, a rear wiper, LED turn signals, adjustable headrests, a centre armrest, and smart key window controls.
The split and sliding rear seat alone changes how the car works for families. Push the bench forward for boot space or recline it for passenger comfort on long trips.
If you don't need extended range, the HTX is the 42 kWh variant to get. It fills the comfort gaps in lower trims without forcing you into the bigger battery.

Syros EV HTK+ ER

The HTK+ ER is the entry point into the 526 km range and more powerful 171 PS motor. Its features mirror the 42 kWh HTK+, with one visible upgrade: 17-inch crystal-cut dual-tone aero alloys replacing the 16-inch units, noticeably altering the stance.
The real purchase decision isn't features, but the powertrain jump, that is moving from 135 PS to 171 PS and gaining 83 km of claimed range.
For buyers doing intercity runs or wanting extra range confidence on patchy Indian highways, the HTK+ ER makes extended range accessible without paying for extras like a sunroof or Harman Kardon audio, that some do not care for.

| Battery Pack | 51.4kWh (Extended Range) Battery |
| Wheels & Colours | R17 - 43.66 cm (17") Crystal Cut Dual Tone Aero Alloy Wheels Ivory Silver Matte, Frost Blue, Gravity Grey, Pewter Olive, Magma Red, Ivory Silver Gloss, Aurora Black Pearl, Glacier White Pearl |

Syros EV HTX ER

The HTX ER pairs the 42 kWh HTX's comfort package, that is panoramic sunroof, 60:40 split-sliding seats, and convenience additions, with the bigger 526 km range and 171 PS motor.
Two meaningful additions land here, a day/night rear view mirror with Kia Connect controls, and Kia Connect 2.0 with over-the-air updates, crucial for EVs since battery and motor calibrations improve over time.
If you want extended range and well-rounded features without paying for ventilated seats or ADAS, the HTX ER is arguably the lineup's most balanced variant.

Here, the Syros EV cabin becomes properly premium. Substantial additions over the HTX ER include front and rear ventilated seats, 4-way power driver seat, Harman Kardon audio, wireless charging, exclusive dual-camera smart dashcam, auto-dimming mirror, front parking sensors, battery heating, and the 95-feature Kia Connect 2.0 suite.
The interior upgrades to Onyx Black and Off-White full leatherette with a leather-wrapped steering wheel and metal pedals. Auto streamline door handles add exterior distinction.
For buyers wanting segment-above comfort on long drives, the HTX+ ER easily justifies its estimated 70,000 to 1 lakh price premium with proportionate upgrades.

The X-Line is the only variant with Level 2 ADAS (16 features), packing 16 autonomous features, including a 360-degree camera, among others. If ADAS matters, this is your sole option.
Apart from this, it adds V2L external powering, a digital key, logo puddle lamps, 64-colour ambient lighting, side parking sensors, and an exclusive Onyx Black/Hunter Green interior with an Xclusive Matte Graphite exterior.
Despite a noticeable premium pushing segment pricing boundaries, for buyers demanding uncompromising active safety and the most complete class EV, nothing else comes close.

What's Common Across All Kia Syros EV Variants?
Kia hasn't skimped on the base. Every Syros EV, including the entry-level HTK, features the 25 Hi-Safety package: six airbags, ESC, hill-start assist, all-wheel disc brakes, highline TPMS, ISOFIX, rollover sensors, and rear occupant alert. No variant forces you to pay extra for what should be standard safety kit.
Inside, even the HTK gets dual 12.3-inch screens, wireless smartphone connectivity, a 5-inch climate touchscreen, regen paddle shifters with i-Pedal, three drive modes, shift-by-wire, push-button start, electric parking brake with auto hold, full LED lighting, folding ORVMs, a frunk, rear sunshades, and four USB-C ports.
