It may also contend with the Volvo XC40 Recharge and BYD Sealion 7, targeting the entry-luxury electric segment with a mix of sedan styling and crossover-like utility.
The Mercedes-Benz CLA Electric is anticipated to start at around Rs 55 lakh, with prices extending up to Rs 65 lakh (ex-showroom) based on variants and drivetrain choices. Top trims could approach Rs 70 lakh, offering strong value in the premium EV category.
