It offers two modes - Eco and Power, for balancing range and performance. The 3.5 kWh battery delivers a real-world range of 90-110 km, slightly below the claimed 145 km. A full charge takes around 4.5 hours, faster than most competitors. While performance is adequate for city use, it lacks the punch of sportier models like the Ather 450X.

The iQube S boasts a sleek, practical design with clean lines and a premium fit-and-finish. Its 118 kg frame is slightly heavier than some rivals but feels sturdy, with high-quality plastic panels. Available in multiple colors, it features LED lighting and a minimalist aesthetic. The 31-liter under-seat storage fits a helmet, and the flat floorboard enhances utility. Compared to the Ola S1 X Plus, the iQube S feels more premium, though its design is less flashy.

Safety features include LED lighting, regenerative braking, a side-stand sensor, and front and rear disc brakes. The 7-inch TFT display offers navigation and geo-fencing, enhancing security. However, it lacks advanced features like ABS or traction control, available on some rivals at this price point. The regenerative braking system improves efficiency but isn’t as aggressive. TVS’s reliable service network offers peace of mind, unlike Ola’s inconsistent support.

Ola S1 X Plus - The iQube S offers superior build quality, a 7-inch TFT touchscreen with navigation, and faster charging (4.5 hours vs. 6 hours). Its regenerative braking and TVS’s extensive service network provide an edge over Ola’s less reliable support. However, at ₹1.17 lakh, the iQube S is more expensive than the S1 X Plus (₹89,999). The Ola offers a higher top speed (90 kmph vs. 78 kmph) and a slightly better claimed range (151 km vs. 145 km).

Ather Rizta - The iQube S has a longer claimed range (145 km vs. 125 km) and a more compact, city-friendly design. Its pricing is slightly lower than the Rizta’s top variants (₹1.17 lakh vs. ₹1.35 lakh), offering better value for features like navigation. The Rizta’s 3.7 kWh battery, however, offers a superior claimed range of 160 km. It also provides a plusher ride, larger 7-inch touchscreen, and advanced features like traction control. Ather’s software ecosystem and service network are more polished, appealing to tech-savvy buyers. 

Bajaj Chetak Premium - The iQube S offers a higher top speed (78 kmph vs. 73 kmph), a longer claimed range (145 km vs. 126 km), and modern features like a TFT display and smartphone connectivity, which the Chetak lacks. Its acceleration is also quicker. However, the Chetak Premium’s metal body ensures superior durability, and its retro design has a broader appeal. The Bajaj’s keyless entry and smoother ride quality also give it an edge, along with a more extensive service network.

The 2025 TVS iQube S is a well-rounded electric scooter for urban commuters, blending a smooth ride, premium build, and modern features like a 7-inch TFT display and regenerative braking. Priced at ₹1.17 lakh, it’s a strong contender with a real-world range of 90-110 km and TVS’s reliable service network. However, its premium price, lack of advanced safety features like ABS, and slightly firm ride hold it back against rivals like the Ather Rizta or Bajaj Chetak. It’s ideal for buyers prioritizing refinement and brand trust over outright affordability.
