The TVS Apache RR 310 sits at the top of TVS’s performance lineup and reflects the depth of the TVS-BMW engineering partnership. Power comes from a 312.2cc reverse-inclined liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that produces 34 PS and 27.3 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox and bi-directional quickshifter for smooth, clutchless shifts. With a kerb weight of around 174 kg and an 11-liter fuel tank, it blends sporty agility with a real-world mileage of roughly 30 kmpl.

The riding position is purposefully aggressive, thanks to low clip-on handlebars, rear-set footpegs, and an 800 mm seat height that encourage committed riding. At the same time, 180 mm of ground clearance helps when dealing with uneven city roads. Built To Order kits allow buyers to tailor the bike with adjustable suspension, carbon fiber parts, and race-focused ergonomics. Six-axis IMU-based cornering ABS, traction control, and five ride modes work together to deliver sharp responses with modern refinement, making the RR 310 an adrenaline-packed yet usable supersport option.

Engine, Performance and Mileage

The 312.2cc DOHC liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine features a reverse-inclined layout and forged piston, producing 34 PS at 9700 rpm, rising to 38 PS in Track mode, along with 27.3 Nm of torque at 7700 rpm. The result is a strong mid-range and an exciting top-end surge that rewards high-rev riding. Electronic throttle control, closed-loop fuel injection, and an integrated radiator help maintain consistent performance and precise response.  The six-speed gearbox uses forged gear dogs and a bi-directional quickshifter for seamless upshifts and downshifts without the clutch. Ride modes significantly alter the character, from aggressive power delivery in Track to smoother output in Rain. Top speed crosses 160 kmph in unrestricted settings. Refined NVH levels and linear power delivery keep it engaging yet manageable, with around 30 kmpl efficiency in mixed riding conditions.

Design

The Apache RR 310 makes an immediate impact with its full supersport fairing designed for aerodynamic efficiency, complete with integrated winglets that add downforce at speed. A sharp LED headlamp with DRLs and aggressively styled tank shrouds give it a focused, race-ready face.

The trellis frame is visually highlighted and flows neatly into a slim tail section finished with a split LED taillight. Overall dimensions stand at about 2001 mm in length, 786 mm in width, and 1135 mm in height, while the 1365 mm wheelbase strikes a balance between quick turn-in and high-speed stability. Ground clearance of 180 mm allows it to cope with broken patches of road, and the 800 mm seat height keeps the posture sporty yet manageable. Color options include Sepang Blue, Racing Red, and Bomber Grey, with premium variants featuring carbon accents. Seventeen-inch alloy wheels fitted with Michelin Road 5 tires, sized 110/70 at the front and 150/60 at the rear, ensure excellent grip. A single-seat setup with optional pillion provision, underbelly exhaust, and tightly sculpted bodywork complete a compact, wind-slicing silhouette that looks purposeful whether stationary or at speed.

safety

Safety on the Apache RR 310 is among the best in its class. A six-axis IMU enables cornering ABS, traction control, wheelie control, and rear lift mitigation, all working together to maintain stability during hard braking, aggressive acceleration, or deep lean angles. A slipper clutch further improves control during rapid downshifts.

The aluminum trellis frame with a cast subframe provides excellent rigidity, paired with 41 mm upside-down front forks and a rear monoshock, both adjustable on higher kits, for precise feedback. Full LED lighting ensures strong illumination and visibility. Michelin Road 5 tubeless tires offer outstanding grip in wet and dry conditions, while the relatively low weight and well-managed center of gravity enhance overall confidence for fast, controlled riding.

competition

The Apache RR 310 goes up against strong competition in the entry-level supersport segment. The KTM RC 390 focuses heavily on track performance with aggressive geometry and sharp throttle response. Kawasaki Ninja 300 and Ninja 400 offer parallel-twin smoothness and proven Japanese refinement. Yamaha YZF-R3 emphasizes high-revving performance and premium build quality.

pricing and features

Despite its supersport focus, the Apache RR 310 remains surprisingly practical. The 11-liter fuel tank provides a usable riding range, and the well-cushioned single seat offers decent comfort for longer stints, with an optional pillion seat available when needed. Five ride modes, Track, Sport, Urban, Rain, and Supermoto, adjust throttle response, ABS behavior, and traction control through ride-by-wire technology to suit different riding conditions.

A vertically mounted 5-inch color TFT display supports Bluetooth connectivity for navigation, calls, music, and GoPro integration, along with tyre pressure monitoring and climate-controlled seat ventilation on select BTO kits. Cruise control, adjustable levers, and optional fully adjustable KYB suspension or race ergonomics kits allow riders to fine-tune the bike to their needs. Full LED lighting improves visibility, while USB charging keeps devices powered. Accessories such as frame sliders add protection, making the RR 310 adaptable for daily sporty use, longer rides, or focused track sessions.
