The Long Range RWD was imported earlier under the massive 70-100% CBU tax. Combined with Giga Shanghai’s efficient supply chain, the better-specced Model Y L is a "policy win," while the RWD remains a pricy "tax relic."
The Model Y is currently available with Electric engines.
