The NA petrol will be paired to a six-speed manual or a seven-speed DCA, the turbo petrol will come exclusively with a six-speed torque converter, and the diesel too will get six-speed manual and torque converter automatic options. The entry-level variant will be available with the petrol manual.

The Sierra’s base Smart+ variant will include six airbags, ABS with EBD, ESP, all-wheel disc brakes, and an electronic parking brake with auto-hold. Bookings for the Sierra open on December 16,  with deliveries commencing in January 2026.

Typical of every Tata car, the Harrier too scores high on safety, packing in six airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, hill hold control, traction control, ISOFIX mounts, and rear parking sensors - all as standard.
