Honda to Launch Elevate Facelift on 6 October 2026 With Refreshed Styling and New Features

Honda has set 6 October 2026 as the launch date for the facelift the Elevate. The compact SUV has been on sale since June 2023, and at over three years old, a mid-cycle refresh was well overdue.
The facelift is likely to follow a similar approach to what Honda did with the City earlier this year. Here's whats expected from the facelift.
Exterior and Interior Design, Features
Outside, expect a reworked grille, revised LED lighting, updated bumpers, and new 17-inch alloy wheels, with the overall silhouette staying the same.
The cabin is where the Elevate arguably needs the most work. The current car misses out on ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control, a powered co-driver's seat, and rear sunblinds, all of which several rivals already offer as standard.

Honda added ventilated seats and a factory-fitted 360-degree camera to the City facelift in May. Both are expected to make it to the Elevate too.
Worth noting is that the 360-degree camera is currently only a dealer-fitted accessory on the Elevate, so making it standard would be a good step forward.
Engine and Gearbox
The 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol with 121hp and 145Nm, available with a 6-speed manual or 7-step CVT, is expected to carry over. The bigger question is whether Honda will bring the City's 1.5-litre strong-hybrid setup into the Elevate as well.
That system makes a combined 126hp and 253Nm, and with hybrids gaining ground in India, it would give Honda a real answer to the Creta hybrid. Honda has not confirmed this yet.

Expected Prices and Rivals
The current Elevate is priced from Rs 11.81 lakh to Rs 16.36 lakh, ex-showroom. The facelift is expected to come in at a slight premium over the outgoing model.
Once launched it will take on the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Tata Sierra, Toyota Hyryder, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Maruti Victoris, and Renault Duster.
