Lexus India claims a range of 580 km from the 74.68 kWh battery.
Lexus India claims that using a 150 kW DC fast charger, the ES500e charges from 10-80% in about 28 minutes. For home charging, a 7-11 kW AC wall box can fully charge the battery overnight.
The ES500e sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.5 seconds, due to its dual-motor AWD setup producing a combined 338 hp (front: 227 hp, rear: 120 hp).
In India, the ES is offered exclusively in All Wheel Drive (AWD) with a permanent magnet synchronous motor on both axles. There is no RWD variant for the Indian market.
The ES is a 5-seater sedan with a 2,950 mm wheelbase, offering generous rear legroom.
Key safety features include 8 airbags, AEB, Lane Departure Alert, Lane Tracing Assist, Adaptive Radar Cruise Control, Blind Spot Monitor, Adaptive High Beam, ISOFIX mounts, and an anti-theft system.
The ES uses 235/45 R21 tyres on 21-inch wheels.
