TVS Jupiter 110 Gets New Spectral Dual-Tone Variant at Rs 89,825 with Colour-Shifting Paint and Sequential Indicators

TVS has launched a new top-end variant for the Jupiter 110 called the Spectral Dual-Tone, priced at Rs 89,825 (ex-showroom, Delhi). It sits Rs 3,000 above the SmartXonnect Disc and Rs 525 above the Special Edition, adding two striking colour options to the scooter. The Jupiter 110 now has seven variants in total.
Mechanically, nothing has changed. It continues with its 113.3cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine making 7.91 bhp and 9.80 Nm, with TVS iGO Assist for improved throttle response and fuel efficiency.
Other features, including 33 litres of underseat storage, the apron-mounted fuel tank, ISG-based silent start, and SmartXonnect connectivity, carry over unchanged.

Two Colours
The new variant is available in Spectral Blue and Spectral Copper, both using TVS' Spectral Colour Technology that changes the bodywork's appearance with the angle and lighting.
The Spectral Blue gets a blue-purple gradient with gloss white panels, while the Spectral Copper combines purple with a white finish. TVS calls it India's first spectral colour scooter in the 110cc segment.
The dark brown seat upholstery and colour-coordinated inner panels tie the look together well, giving the variant a cohesive finish rather than a two-tone for the sake of it.

TVS had already hiked Jupiter 110 prices before this launch, making the Rs 3,000 premium over the SmartXonnect Disc less comfortable than it looks on paper. That said, sequential indicators, a USB Type-C port, and the pillion backrest additions give the variant more justification than just the colour treatment.

Rivals
At Rs 89,825, the closest rival is the Honda Activa 110, which tops out at Rs 90,832 but lacks connected features. The Hero Pleasure+ XTEC is much cheaper at up to Rs 76,862, but is a more basic, women-focused scooter with a smaller feature set.
Also, neither offers the same colour-shifting finish or sequential indicators.
