TVS iQube MillionR Special Edition Launched at Rs 1.40 Lakh with Aurora Green Paint, More Storage

One million iQubes on Indian roads is worth acknowledging, and TVS has done so by launching the MillionR Special Edition today at Rs 1,40,138 lakh, ex-showroom, Karnataka. That is a Rs 31,000 premium over the regular 3.5 kWh iQube, which sits at around Rs 1.09 lakh.

Commenting on the launch, Aniruddha Haldar, Senior Vice President, TVS Motor Company said,

“In 2016, TVS Jupiter celebrated reaching one million customers with the MillionR Edition. Today, TVS iQube joins this legacy with its own MillionR Edition as its community reaches one million.”

What is Different About It

The most visible change is the Aurora Green dual-tone paint, said to draw from the colour palette of the Northern Lights. It is paired with MillionR badging and revised graphics, along with premium seat upholstery.

A useful addition is a front storage compartment that did not exist on the standard model. It takes total storage from 32 litres to 35.5 litres, not a massive jump, but the front placement is actually more convenient for smaller everyday items like a phone, wallet, or a small water bottle.

There is also a Type-C port added, which most daily commuters will use far more regularly than they might expect.

The underlying hardware stays the same as the standard 3.5 kWh iQube, including the 145 km IDC range and 82 km/h top speed. There is no performance upgrade here, which is worth being clear about before someone gets excited by the name.

Pricing and Rivals

The iQube range itself starts at Rs 1.11 lakh, and those who want the scooter at the lowest possible upfront cost can still opt for the BaaS (Battery as a Service) route from Rs 59,999. The MillionR sits at the upper end of the standard iQube lineup, just below the iQube S which starts at around Rs 1.18 lakh.

At Rs 1.40 lakh, buyers are also in range of the Ola S1 Pro and the Ather Rizta Z. Both offer larger batteries and longer claimed ranges, making the MillionR's asking price look a bit stretched for what is fundamentally a cosmetic and storage upgrade. The appeal here is the exclusivity angle, and for existing iQube loyalists, that may well be enough.
