Bajaj Auto has launched the new Pulsar N250SS in India at Rs 1,59,406 (ex-showroom, Delhi). This top-spec variant sits around Rs 14,000 above the standard Pulsar N250 and brings several meaningful upgrades.
| Feature | Details |
|---|---|
| Price (ex-showroom Delhi) | Rs 1,59,406 |
| Engine | 249cc, single-cylinder, 4-valve |
| Power | 24.6 bhp |
| Torque | 22 Nm |
| Gearbox | 6-speed with Sports Shifter |
The biggest mechanical change is the four-valve cylinder head. The 249cc single-cylinder engine now produces 24.6 bhp and 22 Nm of torque, a small but useful rise over the two-valve unit on the regular model. It is paired with a new six-speed gearbox and Bajaj’s Sports Shifter, which works as a quickshifter for smoother upshifts.
Electronics also get a clear upgrade. An electronic throttle body enables multiple ride modes, while a fresh 5-inch colour TFT display supports Google Maps mirroring.
