JSW Motors To Open Four Showrooms In India, Ahead Of Jetour T2 Launch
By Anmol Kumar
Published April 29, 2026

JSW Motors is planning to open four experience centres across key Indian cities before it launches the Jetour T2 SUV in the second half of the year. These cities include Mumbai, New Delhi and Ahmedabad.
These JSW-owned showrooms aim to give customers a firsthand experience of the brand in a controlled space, where they'll be allowed to interact with the products and learn about the tech used, as confirmed by a brand spokesperson.
Having direct ownership of these outlets would give JSW full control on shaping the customer experience, and brand messaging, which is especially important during its early stage.
The plan also aligns with the increasing adoption of electric vehicles in the country, where Tata and Mahindra are dominating the segment.

What To Expect From JSW Motors?

JSW MG Motor is expected to launch the Majestor SUV in May. Following this is the expected launch of the Jetour T2 later in October under JSW Motors, which will be a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) model, while a separate range extender vehicle (REEV) is also in the 2026 plan.
After this, JSW plans to slowly expand their portfolio with multiple car segments and powertrain options over the next few years.
The vehicles will be manufactured at a new plant that is being built in Maharashtra, where buses and electric trucks will also be produced, under JSW Greentech Ltd.
