Upcoming Honda Bikes and Scooters Expected Launch Timeline and Prices

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) recently unveiled the CB500, ADV160, XR 300L, XR 300 Rally, Rebel 300, and Rebel 500 for India. Honda also confirmed that all of these models will be manufactured in India, which should make them significantly more affordable than the imported versions sold earlier.

While the company has not announced launch timelines or prices, a Reddit post claims to reveal the expected launch schedule and pricing.

Honda seems to have achieved a balance between cost and market positioning. The Rebel 300, XR 300 range, CB500, and especially the Rebel 500 appear to be attractively priced, with the Rebel 500 becoming notably more affordable than the previously imported version.

The only product that appears a bit pricey is the ADV160, but since it will work with E85, it is considered a valuable offering in its segment.

All models from the newly revealed lineup, including the QC3 electric scooter, are still awaiting their official launches in India.

Honda ADV160

The ADV160 is anticipated to be Honda's high-end adventure-styled scooter for India. As per the Reddit post, it is anticipated to be priced at approximately Rs 1.7 lakh (ex-showroom) and is expected to make its debut in November 2026.

Given the price, it would be positioned significantly higher than its competitors, the Yamaha Aerox 155 and the Hero Xoom 160, while featuring an ADV-inspired design and E85 compatibility.

Honda Rebel 300

Honda's beginner-friendly cruiser is anticipated to launch in November 2026. The Reddit post indicates an anticipated price of Rs 2 lakh (ex-showroom).

Should Honda succeed in launching the Rebel 300 at this price point, it might become one of the most budget-friendly contemporary cruisers in the nation, attracting riders in search of a laid-back, easy-riding motorcycle.

Honda XR 300L & XR 300 Rally

Adventure lovers have been eagerly anticipating Honda's introduction of its dual-sport lineup in India, and this year may finally mark the end of that wait.

The XR 300L and XR 300 Rally are anticipated to be released in November 2026, with a projected starting price of approximately Rs 1.8 lakh (ex-showroom).

At this price range, Honda might provide one of the most budget-friendly lightweight adventure bikes in the Indian market and a genuine competitor to the Hero Xpulse 210.

Honda CB500

In contrast to the other models, the Reddit image does not reference a price for the CB500.

Honda Rebel 500

The Rebel 500 might stand out as a key feature in Honda's forthcoming assortment. As per the leaked image, the motorcycle manufactured in India will be 25 percent cheaper than the previous CBU variant, which was priced at Rs 5.5 lakh (ex-showroom).

This translates to an anticipated cost of approximately Rs 4.12 lakh (ex-showroom), indicating a significant decrease that may render the cruiser considerably more attainable for purchasers.

As per some sources, the Rebel 500 is anticipated to debut a bit later than the other models, with the launch anticipated in February 2027.
