TVS has launched the 2025 Apache RTR 200 4V at Rs 1.54 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The bike gets new hardware, updated colours, and a more environmentally friendly engine. This update also marks 20 years of the TVS Apache in India.

Mechanical Updates

The biggest update is the new 37mm upside-down (USD) front forks that promise improved ride and handling. TVS has also added a new hydroformed handlebar for better rider comfort.

Visually, the Apache RTR 200 4V now comes with red alloy wheels and updated graphics. It is available in three colours: Glossy Black, Matte Black, and Granite Grey.

Cleaner and Compliant Engine

Power comes from the same 197.75cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine producing 20.82 hp at 9,000 rpm and 17.25 Nm at 7,250 rpm. The engine is now OBD2B-compliant, making it cleaner and ready for the latest emission norms.

TVS continues to offer three riding modes, Urban, Sport, and Rain, along with dual-channel ABS, a race-tuned slipper clutch, and adjustable levers.

Features

The feature list on the 2025 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V remains extensive, ensuring it stays competitive in its segment. It comes equipped with a fully digital instrument cluster and an LED headlamp. TVS’ SmartXonnect system with Bluetooth connectivity adds a layer of smart functionality, enabling turn-by-turn navigation as well as call and SMS alerts, all accessible directly from the display.

The 2025 Apache RTR 200 4V is priced at Rs 1,53,990 (ex-showroom, Delhi), a hike of Rs 5,370 over the previous model.

It competes with the likes of the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 and Pulsar N250, both strong competitors in the 200-250 cc segment.
