Tata Punch EV Facelift Battery Specifications

The Punch facelift gets two new battery packs. The 40 kWh long-range unit delivers an ARAI-certified range of 468 km, with a real-world range of 335-355 km. A 30 kWh medium-range pack is offered on lower variants.
The electric motor produces 95 kW (127bhp) of peak power and 190 Nm of torque. Tata claims a 0 to 100 km/h sprint under nine seconds.
Drivers can choose among City, Eco and Sport modes, and four levels of regenerative braking.
Charging is faster than before. The 65 kW CCS2 DC fast charger takes the battery from 20 to 80 per cent in 26 minutes, and adds around 135 km of range in just 15 minutes.
Other options include a 7.2 kW wallbox charger and a 3.3 kW home charger.
Tata is offering a segment-first, lifetime unlimited kilometre warranty on the battery pack.
Interior and Features

The new Punch EV’s cabin remains largely unchanged. It features a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 10.25-inch digital driver display.

Comfort upgrades include leatherette ventilated seats, automatic climate control and a voice-assisted sunroof.
A 65W USB Type-A and Type-C fast charging port, a wireless charger and connected-car technology with over-the-air updates add convenience.
Safety

The Punch EV Facelift continues its strong safety suite, offering six airbags, hill-hold assist, ESP, i-TPMS, and ISOFIX child seat mounts as standard.
Higher variants add an auto-dimming inside rear-view mirror, intelligent high-beam alert, a 360-degree surround view camera and blind spot view monitor.
The outgoing model had achieved a 5-star Bharat NCAP rating, and this should continue with the facelift as well.
The Punch EV will continue to rival the Citroen eC3.
