Audi India is set to launch its upcoming sports SUV, the SQ8, and the German automaker has opened bookings for the new model.
According to a statement from Audi, the booking amount is ₹5 lakh, and customers can place it through the official website or the myAudi connect app. The SQ8 is positioned between the standard Q8 and the RS Q8 in Audi’s lineup.
The SQ8 will launch on March 17.
“The enthusiasm we have seen for our Audi Q8 family in India gives us great confidence that the new Audi SQ8 will resonate strongly with our customers who seek more than a conventional luxury SUV. We are delighted to open bookings and encourage performance enthusiasts to secure their Audi SQ8 early, as availability will be limited, ” Mr Balbir Singh Dhillon, Brand Director, Audi India, said.
Audi SQ8 Exterior
The SQ8's design follows the coupe-SUV shape of the Q8 family but adds sportier details.
It features a single-frame grille with a silver surround, larger air intakes in the front bumper, matrix LED headlamps, silver-finished mirror caps and roof rails, connected LED taillights, quad exhaust tips, and larger 22-inch alloy wheels.
