2026 Kia Seltos Officially Teased With Brand New Exterior

The second-generation Kia Seltos will make its global debut on December 10, 2025, in South Korea, with the India launch planned for early 2026. Inspired by Kia’s Opposites United design language, the updated model takes on a boxier and more upright look similar to the Telluride and EV9. 

It will take the fight to the recent launched Sierra, upcoming Renault Duster and Nissan Tekton
In the teaser released on YT we can clearly see much larger and imposing vertically slated grille inspired by the EV9 and Telluride, the camera panning inside form above also indicates a massive panoramic roof. 

Expect a much larger dimension then before with massively increased wheelbase and occupant space.

The exterior gets vertical LED DRLs, a redesigned grille, sharper headlights and connected C shaped tail lamps. New alloy wheels and EV styled details add to its stronger road presence.

Higher end Kia Seltos models will likely carry triple screen setup includes dual 12.3-inch curved displays for infotainment and the instrument cluster along with a 5-inch climate control screen.

Features include Nappa leather upholstery, ventilated and power adjustable seats, a panoramic sunroof, dual zone AC, wireless charging and an upgraded sound system.

India will continue with the 1.5 petrol, 1.5 turbo petrol and 1.5 diesel engines, while a new strong hybrid using the 1.5 petrol and an electric motor is in development. Safety improves with Level 2 ADAS, six airbags, a 360 degree camera and stability aids.

Expected prices range from 12 to 21 lakh ex showroom.
