Revolt Motors' electric motorcycle line-up has gotten bigger with the introduction of the new RVX, at a starting price of Rs 1.25 lakh (ex-showroom).
The RVX is the brand’s latest performance-oriented product, and features a new mid-drive motor, a detachable battery, and an asserted IDC range of 160km.

The RVX comes equipped with a new mid-drive permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) that has a rating of 4kW and can reach a peak output of 5.3kW. Revolt claims that the motorcycle generates as much as 230Nm of torque at the rear wheel, goes from 0-40kph in 3.9 seconds, and reaches a maximum speed of 90 km/h in Boost mode.
The motor receives energy from a 3.24kWh detachable NMC battery pack, expected to provide an IDC-certified range of 160km on a single charge. With a fast charger, the battery can reach 80% from 0 in 80 minutes. The RVX also comes with four riding modes - Boost, Sport, City, and Eco.

The RVX is mounted on a USD fork and a rear mono-shock. It features a new 3.5-inch PMVA display rated IP67, along with Bluetooth connectivity, telematics, and over-the-air updates. Other key features include call and message notifications, hill-hold assist, an immobiliser, reverse mode, vehicle locator, geofencing, and walk assist. Furthermore, Revolt offers the RVX in three colours - Pearl Black, Eclipse Red and Electric Blue.
The RVX will be available through Revolt's network of more than 200 dealerships nationwide. In Delhi, the firm states that the motorcycle is available for an effective ex-showroom price of Rs 94,990 following the incentives from the state's recent EV policy.
The RVX costs the same as the newly introduced Oben Rorr EVO, which is also priced at Rs 1.25 lakh (ex-showroom). The RVX is expected to go on sale by end the end of July.
