The Renault Kwid facelift is set to arrive in India on July 3, though the full details are yet to be officially revealed. It will be a fresh update for one of the country's longest-running entry-level hatchbacks.

Going by spy shots, the facelift is likely to bring a reworked front fascia with a new grille and Y-shaped LED daytime running lights, paired with matching tail lamps and a revised bumper design.

Inside, the cabin could see a larger touchscreen infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster, and a new steering wheel, giving the dashboard a more updated feel.

Under the hood, it is expected to retain its existing 1.0-litre, three-cylinder petrol engine, offered with 5-speed manual and AMT gearbox options, continuing its focus on efficient, city-friendly driving.

Safety equipment may also see an upgrade, with it getting broad airbag coverage and additional electronic aids across the range.
