Hyundai Bayon Key Specifications
Hyundai Bayon Overview

The Bayon is already sold overseas. The Bayon has been on sale in Europe since 2021 and received a facelift in early 2024.
The facelifted version brought full-length Horizon LED DRLs, standardised LED headlights and tail lights across all trims, a redesigned front grille mesh, and new 16 and 17-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, both trim levels come with dual 10.25-inch displays, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and a rear-view camera as standard. Power comes from a 1.0-litre T-GDi 90PS engine paired to either a 6-speed manual or 7-speed dual-clutch automatic, with 172Nm of torque.
Boot space stands at 411 litres. UK pricing starts from £23,795 for the Black Line trim, which works out to roughly Rs 30.5 lakh at current exchange rates, going up to the Tech Line range-topper at £25,000 or approximately Rs 32 lakh.
For context, that is more expensive than a fully loaded Hyundai Creta in India, which tells you exactly how aggressively Hyundai will need to price the India-spec version to make it work in this market. It has already been spied testing and we expect it to launch by early 2027
