Suzuki Indonesia has released a teaser for the upcoming XL7 facelift, offering a brief design preview ahead of its official global debut at the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) on July 29, 2026. Because the vehicle has not yet launched, official specifications remain unconfirmed. However, early indicators point to a heavily redesigned front grille, new alloy wheels, and updated aesthetics. T
he cabin is also expected to secure a major feature boost, with rumors pointing to a 360-degree camera, a heads-up display, and ventilated front seats to match modern segment standards.
Maruti Suzuki XL6: Indian Launch Upgrades and Timeline
These anticipated changes will eventually transition to the Indian-spec Maruti Suzuki XL6 facelift, which is projected for a launch timeline of late 2026.
To aggressively combat heavily updated segment rivals like the Kia Carens, the upcoming XL6 will inherit the new global styling updates and premium interior layout.
Mechanically, the unlaunched Indian version will retain its 1.5-litre engine, paired with either a five-speed manual or a cleaner six-speed automatic gearbox. Crucially, the future XL6 CNG variant is expected to adopt Maruti’s new space-saving underbody dual-tank design to protect precious rear luggage space.
