Skoda Slavia Facelift Is Set To Launch In Mid-August With Fresh Design, New Features And Gearbox Update

Skoda India is expected to introduce the Slavia facelift around mid-August 2026. Test mules of the updated sedan have been spotted multiple times on Indian roads, with expectations largely based on these spy shots and the recently launched Kushaq facelift.
What to Expect
On the outside, spy shots suggest a redesigned front bumper and grille, sharper LED headlamps, revised LED taillamps, new alloy wheel designs, and illuminated Skoda lettering on the tailgate.
Inside, it is likely to receive a larger 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, updated upholstery and trim materials, a rear-seat massage function, and a panoramic sunroof on higher variants. A 360-degree camera may also be added.
Whether the Slavia facelift will receive Level 2 ADAS remains unclear. Most reports expect the feature, but conflicting information has emerged in recent weeks.

Powertrain
The existing 1.0-litre TSI (115 PS, 178 Nm) and 1.5-litre TSI (150 PS, 250 Nm) engines are expected to carry over unchanged.
Specifically the 1.0-litre TSI is likely to get a new 8-speed torque-converter automatic transmission, as seen on the Kushaq facelift, while the 1.5-litre TSI will continue with the 7-speed DSG.
