Mahindra has confirmed that it will launch three new models in India by June 2027.
The announcement was made by Rajesh Jejurikar, Executive Director and CEO of the Auto and Farm Sector, during the company’s Q2 FY27 results briefing.
He stated that the brand expects five big launches in the first half of 2027, including a new light commercial vehicle and an update to an existing model.
Vision S-Based SUV

The first of the three models is expected to be the production version of the Vision S concept.
This sub-4-metre SUV will be the first vehicle on Mahindra’s new NU_IQ platform, which can support petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric powertrains. Spy shots so far have revealed a boxy design with short overhangs, flush door handles, a panoramic sunroof and a tailgate-mounted spare wheel.
It is likely to replace the Bolero Neo, and arrive in the first quarter of 2027, sitting above the XUV 3XO in Mahindra's lineup.

BE 07 Electric SUV

Next up is the BE 07, the second model under Mahindra’s dedicated BE electric sub-brand.
Built on the INGLO platform that underpins the BE 6, XEV 9e and XEV 9S, the BE 07 is expected to offer battery packs of 59 kWh and 79 kWh. Features may include a triple-screen dashboard, Level 2 ADAS and a five-seat layout.
It will take on rivals such as the Tata Harrier EV and is also targeted for a launch in the first quarter of 2027.
Scorpio Lifestyler Pickup

The third model is the Scorpio Lifestyler, a lifestyle pickup truck based on the Scorpio N platform.
Mahindra has already confirmed that prices will start below Rs 19.79 lakh (ex-showroom). Powertrain options are expected to mirror those of the Scorpio N, including the 2.2-litre diesel and 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engines with manual and automatic gearboxes. Four-wheel drive is also likely.
The pickup is set to compete with the Toyota Hilux and Isuzu D-Max V-Cross, with a launch expected by June 2027.

Production Capacity Expansion
To support the new launches and rising demand, Mahindra plans to increase its combined monthly SUV and EV production capacity from around 68,000 units to 82,000 units by the end of FY27. Further expansions are planned at the Chakan plant and a new facility in Nagpur in the coming years.
These three models mark an important step in Mahindra’s product offensive as it continues to expand its presence in both the ICE and electric segments.
