The upcoming Honda 0 Alpha was spotted testing, and the images are surfacing online. The testing initially started in March 2026, prior to the expected debut in early 2027.
Although the 0 Alpha concept revealed by Honda in 2025 showcased the exterior design of the future electric SUV, its interior details were not disclosed. Thanks to a recently uncovered test mule, we now have insight into what the Honda 0 Alpha interior will offer.
From the exterior, the 0 Alpha EV is vastly different from other Honda vehicles available in India.

The design features of the 0 Alpha consist of boxy shapes, a rectangular grille area that includes the headlights, robust bumpers, slim, elevated vertical tail-lights, a nearly vertical rear gate, and square-shaped wheel-arch coverings.
Its cabin features a large central infotainment touchscreen positioned on the dashboard and a smaller digital driver’s display. The steering wheel gets a three-spoke flat-bottom design and gets paddle shifters.

Even with the massive touchscreen, the 0 Alpha's cabin features several buttons on the center console, apparently for tasks like climate adjustment and seat ventilation. The dashboard features an unconventional scooped design, but it's important to mention that this is a prototype of the 0 Alpha EV, and the final production model may appear differently.
Very limited information exists regarding the battery choices available with the 0 Alpha, but it is anticipated to utilize CATL batteries obtained from Indonesia.
The 0 Alpha will compete with electric midsize SUVs like the Mahindra BE 6, MG ZS EV, Hyundai Creta Electric, Tata Sierra EV, Maruti Suzuki e-Vitara, and Toyota Urban Cruiser Ebella.
