Honda 0 Alpha is Honda’s first dedicated electric SUV for India, replacing the earlier planned Elevate EV. Built on the new “born-electric” 0 Series platform, it offers better space than the ICE Elevate thanks to a longer wheelbase and flat floor.

It is already undergoing pan-India public road testing (started March 2026 from the Tapukara plant) and is up for domestic sales and exports (including Japan). Expected launch is in early 2027.

Positioned as a compact/midsize EV SUV competing with the Creta Electric, Mahindra BE 6 and similar models.
