BYD has launched the First Anniversary Edition of the Sealion 7 in India to mark one year since the electric SUV went on sale.
This special edition offers identical pricing, core specifications, and features as the standard model, but comes with additional attractive benefits for early buyers.

The First Anniversary Edition is priced from Rs 49.40 lakh for the Premium variant and Rs 54.90 lakh for the Performance variant (both ex-showroom).
These figures match the regular Sealion 7 prices, with no additional cost for the anniversary package. BYD has opened bookings at a token amount of Rs 70,000.
The exclusive benefits apply only to the first 1,100 customers, and the offer remains valid for bookings made until 30 April 2026.

BYD Sealion 7 First Anniversary Edition Exclusive Benefits
Buyers in this limited group receive a complimentary 11 kW home charger along with professional installation. They also get two years of free service and maintenance.
A key highlight is the first-in-class low-voltage battery using lithium iron phosphate (LFP) technology, now backed by an extended eight-year or 1,50,000 km warranty, compared to the standard six-year or 1,50,000 km coverage.

The anniversary edition introduces a brighter Tahiti Blue interior theme, creating a lighter and more airy cabin ambience.
Features remain unchanged from the standard model.
The Sealion 7 boasts a strong feature list, including a 15.6-inch rotating touchscreen, digital driver display, 360-degree camera, heads-up display, 12-speaker Dynaudio sound system, powered and ventilated front seats, a panoramic glass roof, and ambient lighting.
Its safety suite is impressive with 11 airbags and Level 2 ADAS.

BYD Sealion 7 Performance and Specifications

Both variants of the Sealion 7 draw power from an 82.56 kWh battery pack. The Premium model offers a claimed range of 567 km, while the Performance version provides 542 km.
Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes 6.7 seconds in the Premium and 4.5 seconds in the Performance.
With over 2,500 units sold since its debut, the Sealion 7 has built a solid following in India's growing electric SUV market. It rivals other EVs like the Hyundai Ioniq 5, Kia EV6, BMW iX LWB, and Volvo EX40.
