Bren Raceway is fast emerging as one of India’s most exciting new motorsport destinations. Located around 50 kilometres from central Bengaluru in Doddaballapura. The man behind this rather ambitious project is the millionaire supercar collector and racing enthusiast Boopesh Reddy and founder of Bren Garage and Real Estate.
It's been his lifelong goal to give India a racing facility that its so desperately needed to hone and nurture racing talents which currently is pretty much non-existent, primarily because of high starting costs and lack of infrastructure
The circuit is being constructed on a near 95.6 acre land with an investment of nearly 174 crores. As per Govt Of Karnataka it will create more than 240 jobs.

It is designed to meet FIA Grade 2 specifications, which would allow it to host everything from national championships to international racing series excluding only Formula 1. Its layout is a 4.1-kilometre anti-clockwise loop that packs in 14 corners, fast straights, dramatic elevation changes, and a distinct natural setting.
One of the biggest highlights is an 800-metre drag strip built over a water body, an innovation rarely seen anywhere in the world.
But Bren Raceway is not just about high-speed action. It’s built to support the entire motorsport ecosystem. Alongside the main circuit, the facility will feature a 30-bay pit garage, hospitality zones, a race control tower, R&D space, and medical support.
A separate dynamic test pad and a shorter circuit layout mean simultaneous events can be run without compromising safety or flow. Importantly, the track will welcome amateur racers, track day enthusiasts, training academies, and automotive OEMs looking for a high-quality venue for product testing and launches.
As of 2025, construction is progressing steadily, with about 30 percent of the infrastructure completed. As per the Bren’s Youtube channel they have already begun the process of Charcoal laying and judging by the current development it will be ready by 2025, as per Economic times.
Bren Raceway is already on the radar of top racing bodies in India, and is set to host rounds of the Indian Racing League and the Formula 4 Indian Championship. Once open, it will mark a major turning point in South India’s motorsport journey, offering an alternative to Chennai’s MMRT and putting Bengaluru firmly on the national racing map.
