The scooter segment in India surged forward in February 2026, with the top 10 models clocking a remarkable 651,243 units – a powerful 42.22% jump from 457,898 units a year earlier.
Scooters remain a favourite for daily commuters looking for hassle-free, fuel-efficient city and inter-city town rides.

The Honda Activa led the segment with 254,449 units sold in February 2026, recording a strong 46.23% year-on-year growth from 174,006 units the previous year.

Suzuki Access claimed third spot with 70,137 units sold in February 2026, posting an 18.80% year-on-year increase from 59,038 units.
