Quick Read - BMW has teased the F 450 RR ahead of its October 15 reveal. The bike will use the same platform and 420cc engine as the F 450 GS and F 450 R. An India launch is expected in 2027.
BMW Motorrad is set to unveil its new fully faired sports bike, the F 450 RR, on October 15 at 8:30 pm IST.
The company recently shared a teaser image showing a sharp sports-bike silhouette with full bodywork, a raised windscreen and an aggressive stance.
The upcoming model will complete the new 450 family. It shares the same platform as the F 450 GS adventure motorcycle and the recently revealed F 450 R street naked. All three bikes use a 420cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine.
On the F 450 R, this motor produces 48 hp and 43 Nm of torque. It remains to be seen if BMW tunes the engine differently for the sportier RR version.

Design cues appear inspired by the flagship S 1000 RR. The teaser hints at aerodynamic winglets and side-mounted daytime running lights. The bike is expected to carry a full fairing, sculpted tank and a sharply raised tail section for a pure sports look.
Like its siblings, the F 450 RR is likely to be manufactured at the TVS plant in India. An India launch could follow in 2027, though official pricing and specifications will only be confirmed after the global reveal.
