The Force Gurkha (2013-2017) featured a 2.6-litre Mercedes-derived diesel and a proper 4WD system. This generation was phased out in 2017 with the arrival of new safety and crash test rules, and was succeeded by the third-generation Gurkha (2017-2020) with revised styling and updated variant choices.

Gurkha 2013-2017

The Force Gurkha (2017-2020) featured a Mercedes-derived 2.1-litre engine in the Xtreme variant alongside the older 2.6-litre unit, offered in three and five-door body styles. Discontinuation came in 2020 as BS6 norms made the existing powertrain non-viable. It was replaced by the all-new 4th gen Gurkha in late 2021, with a BS6-compliant engine and a completely redesigned body.

Gurkha 2017-2020

The Force One ran on either a 2.2-litre diesel or a 2.6-litre unit, in three-row seven-seat configuration. It launched in 2011 but never found enough traction against settled rivals like the Mahindra Scorpio. Discontinued in 2017-2018, it was not replaced, and Force Motors exited the mainstream SUV segment.
