The Skoda Elroq is an all-electric mid-size SUV built on Volkswagen Group's MEB platform, already on sale in Europe. It debuted globally in late 2024 and was displayed at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 in India.

Skoda's new "Modern Solid" design language does away with the traditional butterfly grille entirely, replacing it with a full-width black panel and slim LED DRL elements. The overall profile has clean surfaces and a drag coefficient of just 0.26.

Globally, three battery options are available, 52kWh, 59kWh, and 77kWh, offering a range of up to 370km, 418km, and 560km (WLTP) respectively, with power ranging from 170PS to 286PS. DC fast charging at high speeds supports 10-80% in around 28 minutes on the larger pack.

Inside, the Elroq carries a 13-inch floating touchscreen, a heads-up display, digital instrument cluster, ambient lighting, and connected car technology, features broadly similar to the Enyaq.

Skoda India has said the Elroq is "under consideration." No official launch has been confirmed, and the expected timeline is around 2027.
