Toyota Innova Hycross Facelift Spotted Testing With A Bigger Touchscreen Inside

A heavily camouflaged Toyota Innova Hycross facelift prototype has been spotted on public roads in Karnataka, and also the first time the refreshed MPV's interior has been partially visible in spy footage.

Through the front passenger window, a noticeably bigger floating touchscreen is visible on the dashboard, likely measuring 12 inches or more, which replaces the current 10.1-inch unit.

On the outside, the camouflage hides most of the detail, but the headlamps appear slimmer and more swept back compared to the current car. From other spy shots, the grille seems wider and more angular as well. While the rear retains its familiar shape, the tail lamp internals look reworked.

The side profile and alloy wheels remain unchanged. The current 173 bhp 2.0-litre petrol and 184 bhp strong-hybrid powertrains are also expected to carry over.

Since the original Hycross debuted in late 2022, an early 2027 launch fits Toyota's typical four-year refresh cycle. The sharper styling and upgraded screen should help the MPV stay competitive against upcoming rivals like the Kia Sorento Hybrid and Mahindra XEV 9S.
