Tata Motors has been spotted testing a heavily camouflaged Safari in Bangalore. We believe this is the Safari EV, which is the next major electric model from the carmaker.
The test mule looks identical to the current ICE Safari in overall shape and silhouette. Even the alloy wheels appear close to those on the ICE models, though covered in camouflage.

Inside, the Safari EV could share most of its layout and features with the Harrier EV. A new triple-screen display from the Sierra EV could be a major highlight, along with a different colour theme for the dashboard and upholstery.
As for battery options, the SUV will likely borrow the same 65 kWh and 75 kWh battery packs from the Harrier EV and Sierra EV. The larger battery will offer a dual motor all-wheel drive (QWD) option as well. Range figures will be marginally lesser than the Harrier EV, thanks to its additional weight.

Tata is expanding its electric lineup quickly. Further details should be revealed as more test mules are spotted.
