A new video leak that has surfaced, shows the 'Turbo' and 'Boosterjet' badging at the rear of the upcoming Maruti Suzuki Brezza facelift, adding visual confirmation to the turbo petrol option we reported on earlier.
What Engine Will The Brezza Facelift Get

The Boosterjet branding confirms that the Brezza's turbo option will use a version of the 1.0-litre turbo petrol unit, that is currently offered in the Fronx. The original version first appeared in the Baleno RS back in 2017 before being discontinued.
Expect higher output figures than the Fronx, given the Brezza's positioning as a more premium offering. The engine will be paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
The existing 1.5-litre NA petrol is expected to continue alongside, with its 5-speed MT and 6-speed AT options carrying over unchanged.

It will compete with the Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Mahindra XUV 3XO, Skoda Kylaq, and Kia Sonet.
