Hero unveiled the Karizma XMR 250 at EICMA 2024 and the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025, making it one of the more formally confirmed bikes on this list. The 250cc liquid-cooled DOHC engine is expected to produce around 30 PS and 25 Nm, a significant step up from the 210's 25 PS. Aero winglets are integrated into the fairing, USD forks replace the conventional units, and a height-adjustable clip-on handlebar setup gives it a proper track-biased riding position. Expected price around Rs 2.10 lakh ex-showroom puts it in direct range of the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 and, if timings align, the incoming Yamaha R2.
