Bajaj Auto has exciting plans for its Pulsar motorcycles, aiming to upgrade the lineup with a full generational update. This change will initially focus on the classic commuter models. Pulsar fans can expect better looks, smarter features, and improved rides. The update promises to keep the Pulsar spirit alive while adding modern touches.
Commuter Models to Launch First
The refresh will kick off with the Pulsar 125 and Pulsar 150 - the heart of the classic range, loved for daily commutes and city runs.
Bajaj plans to roll out updates for the entry-level Pulsars before moving to the more performance-oriented models.
Fresh Design but Unmistakably Pulsar

The new Pulsars are expected to keep their bold, tough style, carrying forward the sharp lines and a strong road presence.
A major highlight is the return of the large fuel tank shape, a nod to the original Pulsars that turned heads. Expect upgrades like bright LED lights and clear digital screens.
The design evolves without losing the signature Pulsar design language. It blends old-school charm with modern features.

Smarter Features
Bajaj is set to add a single rear shock absorber, replacing older designs for a plusher ride over bumps.
Bluetooth connectivity for calls and navigation is a likely addition, and the digital display shows speed, fuel, and more at a glance. LED lights ensure safety in low light.
Similar Powertrains, New Frame

Power is expected to come from familiar 125cc and 150cc units. These engines have powered millions of Pulsars and deliver smooth performance for urban life.
The big shift, however, happens under the skin with a new frame and a mono-shock setup, making the bikes lighter and more nimble.
Riders could notice better handling without a big jump in power, perfect for refinement and real-world use.
Wallet-Friendly Prices
Prices for the Pulsar 125 are expected to range around ₹80,000 to ₹90,000 ex-showroom. For the 150, expect prices around ₹1.05 lakh to ₹1.15 lakh.
These figures keep the bikes affordable for young riders and families.
When Will Next Generation Pulsars Launch?
The new Pulsar models will arrive in the second half of 2026. Bajaj targets a launch around August to catch the busy festive buying season. This timing makes sense for India, where holidays bring a rush of new bike sales.
