Skoda

Skoda has decided to take on the crowded subcompact segment with Kylaq and is counting on its classy appeal and performance, which we found in spades. The simplified four‑variant lineup of the Kylaq means you only have to choose between manual and automatic, each of which comes with a punchy 1.0L inline‑three engine producing 114 hp.

The Skoda Slavia gets a proper mid-cycle refresh with new transmissions, updated LED detailing at the front and rear, a larger Virtual Cockpit, a first-in-segment rear seat massager, new R16 alloy wheels and a 360-degree camera. It carries a 5-star Global NCAP rating and the same proven TSI petrol engine lineup.

Skoda just pulled the wraps off the 2026 Kushaq facelift marking the SUV's first major overhaul since its 2021 debut. It’s a significant mid-life refresh designed to keep the European contender relevant against a sea of updated rivals. The update brings a sharper aesthetic, a much-requested panoramic sunroof, and a notable gearbox change for the entry-level engine. Highlights include 8 speed auto gearbox, larger sunroof, rear disc brakes, and Monte Carle Edition

Kushaq

The 2022-2026 Skoda Slavia was a mid-size sedan built on Skoda’s India-specific MQB-A0-IN platform. It offered two turbo-petrol engines, strong performance, a spacious cabin and a large 521-litre boot, making it one of Skoda’s key India 2.0 models.
