VinFast entered the Indian market with the VF 6 and VF 7 and is now looking to expand into the MPV segment with the VF MPV 7. Developed as the premium private-buyer version of the Limo Green fleet model, it appears to be targeting the growing demand for electric family transport in India.

The design is tall with upright proportions and a 7-seat layout, with the focus clearly on maximising cabin volume within a manageable overall footprint. The dashboard is expected to pair practical touches like leatherette upholstery, a D-cut multi-function steering wheel with tilt and telescopic adjustment, and all-auto power windows with anti-pinch protection.

The electric powertrain is said to consist of a single front-wheel-drive motor producing 201 hp and 280 Nm, drawing from a 60.13 kWh battery pack. VinFast claims a range exceeding 500 km under NEDC conditions and a 0–100 km/h time under 10 seconds. Three selectable drive modes and four regenerative braking levels are also expected to be on offer.

On the safety front, the VF MPV 7 is expected to include all-disc brakes, ABS with EBD and brake assist, electronic stability control, traction control, hill-start assist, roll-over mitigation, an electronic parking brake with auto hold, and a tyre-pressure monitoring system.
