The Maruti Suzuki 2020-2024 Swift Dzire was a five-seat compact sedan based on the Swift, but with a separate boot and a more family-oriented cabin. It used a 1.2-litre four-cylinder petrol engine, with both manual and automatic transmissions, and was later offered with a factory-fitted CNG option as well. Claimed mileage ranged from 22.41kmpl to 22.61kmpl depending on the powertrain.

Its 382-litre boot was one of the main advantages of the sedan body style, while the cabin offered a 7-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, automatic climate control and other everyday convenience features.

The model was discontinued in November 2024 when Maruti introduced the next-generation Dzire, which retained the same basic compact-sedan positioning but brought a new three-cylinder engine and a significantly redesigned cabin.
