The Tata Sierra comes with three engine choices. The 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol delivers 104 BHP at 6,000 rpm and 145 Nm at 2,100 rpm, mated to either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic.

The 1.5-litre diesel produces 116 BHP at 4,000 rpm with torque of 260 Nm (manual) or 280 Nm (automatic) between 1,500-2,750 rpm. The 1.5-litre direct-injection turbo petrol generates 158 BHP at 5,000 rpm and 255 Nm from 1,750 to 4,000 rpm. Both engines can be paired with a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission.

Compared to Creta who's base model price is Rs. 10.73 Lakh and the top model price go upto Rs. 20.20 Lakh, Sierra undercuts the top model by 1.5 lakhs.

Smart+

The Smart+ comes with the 1.5 NA petrol engine paired with a manual transmission at ₹11.49 Lakh, and for diesel enthusiasts, the 1.5 diesel with manual gearbox is available at ₹12.99 Lakh.

Smart+ remains well-equipped for its segment, featuring LED DRLs, LED tail lights, and Bi-LED projector headlamps with a Follow Me Home function. The flush door handles have welcome lighting, and the SUV sits on 17-inch steel wheels. 

Convenience features include tilt and telescopic steering, electric tailgate release, keyless entry, push-button start, and electrically adjustable ORVMs. Inside, it offers a sliding front armrest with storage, rear window sunshade, vanity mirrors, and manual AC with rear vents.

Pure

The Pure variant, It is offered with the 1.5 NA petrol manual at ₹12.99 Lakh, the petrol DCT automatic at ₹14.49 Lakh, and the 1.5 diesel manual at ₹14.49 Lakh. The diesel with automatic is 15.99 lakhs 

Pure builds on Smart+ with several comfort and technology upgrades. It comes with a 10.25-inch touchscreen supporting wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, along with an 8-speaker audio system

.The multifunction steering wheel, auto-folding ORVMs, cruise control, and drive modes improve daily usability, while paddle shifters are added on automatic versions. Hill descent control aids on inclines, and a rear camera, TPMS, and enhanced parking guides make maneuvering the SUV easier.

Pure+

Pure+ delivers 1.5 NA petrol manual for priced at ₹14.49 Lakh, the petrol DCT automatic at ₹15.99 Lakh, the 1.5 diesel manual at ₹15.99 Lakh, and the diesel automatic at ₹17.49 Lakh.

Pure+ adds a premium feel with comfort-focused upgrades. Alloy wheels replace steel ones, automatic headlights and rain-sensing wipers improve convenience, and a panoramic sunroof with voice control enhances cabin ambience. 

Dual-zone climate control, one-touch up/down windows with anti-pinch, and fast-charging rear Type-C ports make long drives comfortable. A hidden rear wiper, rear defogger, and rear seat conveniences make Pure+ a strong option for families.

Adventure

Adventure emphasizes capability and tech upgrades. It adds LED fog lamps with cornering function, functional roof rails, and a leatherette-wrapped steering wheel and gear lever. Inside, a 7-inch digital cluster replaces the basic MID, providing clearer driving information. 

Practical touches include a sliding rear parcel tray for easier cargo management. Safety and visibility are enhanced with a 360-degree camera, blind spot detection, and front parking sensors.

Adventure Plus

Adventure+ is the range-topping Sierra, offering the full spectrum of powertrains and premium features. It comes with the 1.5 NA petrol manual at ₹15.99 Lakh, the 1.5 turbo petrol automatic at ₹17.99 Lakh, the 1.5 diesel manual at ₹17.19 Lakh, and the diesel automatic at ₹18.49 Lakh.

Adventure+ showcases the Sierra in its most lifestyle-focused form. It rides on 18-inch alloy wheels and uses Superglide suspension with frequency-dependent damping for a smoother ride. Three terrain modes enhance off-road capability. 

The cabin gains a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen, a fully digital 10.25-inch driver display, ambient lighting, a cooled glovebox, and 65 W fast-charging Type-C ports. Front seats offer better under-thigh support, rear seats have reclined adjustment, a fold-down armrest, and 60:40 split flexibility. Boss Mode for the front passenger adds extra comfort on long journeys.
