Land Rover Slashes Prices Post-GST 2.0

The GST 2.0 reforms had made car buying cheaper, while eliminating the compensation cess. Land Rover India significantly revising prices across its SUV lineup. These reductions, ranging from ₹4.50 lakh to ₹30.40 lakh, align with the festive season demand and enhance Land Rover's competitiveness against rivals like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi.

Land Rover Discovery Sport
The Discovery Sport, Land Rover’s entry-level luxury SUV with 2.0L petrol and diesel options, benefits from the 40% slab shift, with a uniform reduction of ₹4.50 lakh across variants. The Dynamic SE variant, available in both petrol and diesel, drops from ₹67.90 lakh to ₹63.40 lakh. This adjustment makes the Discovery Sport more appealing for urban buyers seeking versatility and premium features, positioning it against the BMW X1 and Audi Q3.

The iconic flagship Range Rover sees a price cut of up to ₹30 lakh.The HSE 3.0 Diesel variant has decreased from ₹2.48 crore to ₹2.31 crore, offering a savings of ₹16.5 lakh. The Autobiography 3.0 Petrol model has dropped from ₹2.75 crore to ₹2.57 crore, providing a reduction of ₹18.3 lakh.
For the long-wheelbase (LWB) variants, the 3.0L Diesel has been reduced from ₹4.10 crore to ₹3.83 crore, with the LWB 4.4 Petrol seeing the largest cut, falling from ₹4.56 crore to ₹4.25 crore, amounting to ₹30.4 lakh.
