One thing to keep in mind: not all of the headline numbers are pure cash off the sticker. A portion of the Elevate's benefit is tied to accessory packages and extended warranty discounts, so ask your dealer for a line-by-line breakup before you sign anything.

Tata is running two separate offer structures this month: one for ICE vehicles and a notably larger one for its EV lineup. On the ICE side, the Curvv gets the highest benefit at up to Rs 1.25 lakh, combining a Rs 30,000 consumer offer, a Rs 40,000 to Rs 45,000 exchange or scrappage bonus, and a Rs 50,000 loyalty benefit for existing Tata owners.

On the EV side, the numbers get more aggressive. The Harrier EV is available at up to Rs 3.35 lakh off, which for a car in that segment is a significant push. Punch EV gets up to Rs 1.45 lakh and the Nexon EV up to Rs 60,000.

What to Keep in Mind Before You Walk Into a Showroom

The headline numbers look good, but the actual saving you walk away with depends on how many of those components you qualify for. Exchange and scrappage bonuses are alternatives; you cannot claim both. Loyalty benefits only apply if you already own a car from that brand, and corporate discounts need employer eligibility verification at the dealership.

Prices and offer amounts can also vary city to city and depend on stock availability. Get a written breakup from the dealer, not just a verbal summary.

Offers are valid until August 31, 2026. If you have been sitting on the fence, this month gives you a genuine window, especially on Tata EVs and Honda's Elevate, where the numbers are among the most competitive the segment has seen this year.
