Volvo will launch the ES90 sedan in India on 12th October 2026 via the CBU route, alongside the EX90 SUV, marking its return to luxury sedans after the S90 was discontinued in 2025.

Built on Volvo's SPA2 platform with 800V architecture, it comes with a coupe-like roofline, a blanked-off front grille, T-shaped LED headlamps and retractable door handles.

India-spec details remain unconfirmed, but globally the ES90 offers a single-motor 92kWh version with around 328bhp and a dual-motor 106kWh version producing up to 449bhp, with a claimed range near 620km.
