MG Hector 2021-2023 Overview
The 2021-2023 run Hector was a five-seat SUV with a choice of a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol and a 2.0-litre diesel engine. The petrol made 141PS and 250Nm, while the diesel developed 168PS and 350Nm. Depending on the engine, buyers could choose manual or automatic transmission, and the SUV used front-wheel drive.
One of the Hector's defining traits was its equipment list. It came with features such as ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, automatic climate control and connected-car technology, while higher versions also offered a large touchscreen and a 360-degree camera. Six airbags were available as part of its safety equipment.
The model covered here was discontinued when MG introduced the substantially updated Hector, which retained the same basic platform while bringing changes to its design, interior and equipment.
