Maserati Grecale Electric Key Specifications
Maserati Grecale Electric Overview

The Maserati Grecale Electric, sold under the Folgore name, is the electric version of the brand’s mid-size SUV. It was refreshed on October 30 alongside the rest of the Grecale range.
Two motors, one on each axle, make 542 bhp and 820 Nm from a 105 kWh battery. Maserati claims a 0 to 100 km/h time of 4.1 seconds and a top speed of 220 km/h.
The update stretches claimed range to 580 km. Charging is unchanged at 22 kW AC and up to 150 kW DC on a 400V system, which keeps it behind 800V rivals.
Visually, the Grecale Electric gets the shark-nose front inspired by the MCPura. Illuminated black side vents, 20-inch Nembo wheels and copper brake callipers separate it from the petrol Grecales.
Inside, there is a new octagonal steering wheel, a 12.3-inch touchscreen and an 8.8-inch climate display. The electric Grecale skips traffic sign recognition and intersection collision assist, both of which the petrol models get.
Battery and Motor
Battery and Motor
The Grecale Electric uses two electric motors, one on each axle, for all-wheel drive. Combined output is 542 bhp, or 410 kW, with 820 Nm of torque.
Maserati claims 0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds and a top speed of 220 km/h. The global car weighs around 2,480 kg, with a near-even weight split between the axles.
The battery is a 105 kWh gross unit with roughly 96 kWh usable, and it runs on a 400V architecture. On the global car, air suspension with adaptive dampers allows ground clearance to vary between 145 mm and 205 mm.
Range and Charging
Range and Charging
Maserati claims a range of up to 580 km on a full charge after the update. The earlier version was rated at 501 km on the same battery size.
DC charging goes up to 150 kW, and global figures put a 20 to 80 percent charge at around 29 minutes. The 22 kW AC onboard charger supports faster home and workplace top-ups.
A regenerative braking system recovers energy under deceleration. As with any claimed figure, real-world range will vary with speed, temperature and load.

No Euro NCAP or Bharat NCAP rating has been published for the Grecale Electric. Standard safety kit includes front, side and curtain airbags, electronic stability control, ISOFIX mounts and front and rear parking sensors.
The ADAS package covers autonomous emergency braking with pedestrian detection, active lane management and blind-spot monitoring. Unlike the petrol Grecales, the electric model does not get traffic sign recognition or intersection collision assist.
competition
competition
The Grecale Electric’s closely competes with the Porsche Macan Electric and the Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV.
The Porsche Macan Electric uses an 800V system that charges faster than the Grecale’s 150 kW limit. The Grecale counters with a claimed range of 580 km, against roughly 550 km for the Macan.
The Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV 580 makes 544 hp from a 122 kWh battery and claims 809 km on the ARAI cycle, which is not directly comparable with the Grecale’s figure. The Grecale counters with a smaller 4,865 mm body and a lower weight.
